Nestled in the historic quarter of Tazacorte on the island of La Palma, the most important agricultural area in the Canary Islands, the Hotel Hacienda de Abajo is the result of the meticulous restoration of a seventeenth-century sugar plantation estate. The hotel has thirty-two rooms (from 32 to 74 m²) exquisitely decorated with works of art from the first to the twentieth centuries, most of them with a balcony, terrace or garden. All the rooms feature: one double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with toiletries, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror, complimentary Wi-Fi and safe, minibar, air conditioning and heating, a flat screen TV and a multimedia phone compatible with MP3/iPhone® devices.
